Regeneracja tuleji amortyzatora ohlins

Amortyzator firmy Ohlins ma zamiast zwykłych tulei przeguby kulowe. Przegub po obu stronach chronią prochowniki, kształtem przypominają podkładki wykonanej z pianki. Z biegiem czasu pianka się wykrusza i piach i kurz dostaje się do przegubu niszcząc go. Przypadkiem mój tato wpadł na pomysł ,że można to zrobić krążka który jest w "kołku" na płyty CD / DVD. Na pewno kojarzycie takie białe lub szare kółeczko na górze - to jest właśnie to. Grubość pasuje bo jest to zazwyczaj 3-4mm i wewnętrzna średnica ok 17mm, tylko z zewnątrz musimy go wyciąć na 26mm.

 

 

 

Górna tuleja ma 2 zabezpieczenia po obu stronach ( na wzór pierścienia segera). Pózniej wybijamy tuleję...

Przegub należało ponownie nasmarować i zabezpieczyć nowymi zamiennikami. Zrobiłem to amatorsko ponieważ należałoby wybić z łozyska tujeje
